Tsunami found himself wondering the city streets of Philadelphia Pa. A Good Samaritan was able to catch him and bring him to the shelter . At first Tsunami was very shut down. This behavior landed him on the euthanasia list quickly . BEAR was contacted and immediately helped this heart broken fellow . Once out of the shelter Tsunami perked right up , we found out he is a kind soul who will bond deeply to his family. Tsunami walks like a dream on lash, knows how to sit, go down and give paw. Cookie is a young female Akita of about 6 months old. Cookie was found stray in Rochester NY and never reclaimed. Enzo was rescued approx 4 years ago from a rural NC shelter after being picked up stray with a nasty injury to his hind leg ( hock ) . Due to his injury he was placed on the euth list . BEAR took on this beautiful friendly brindle boy . Enzo was placed soon afterwards, his leg was repaired and he went to a home with his favorite friends . A few cats . Enzo was returned to us after his dad died and his mom could no longer hold on to him home having to move in with relatives … And yes nobody could take Enzo .
